When I was around 12 years old I was living with a family from church. On Christmas, the mother of the family received a SoundBlaster kit, to replace the old floppy drives with the new disk drive and audio card. An hour later I had the whole machine re-built, drives replaced and running. I have been working on computers ever since. Early on I worked as a customer service rep for multiple companies. I started working for a small mom and pop shop doing rebuilds and helping setup machines. Eventually an agency placed me with company as an entry level technical support rep. Then over the next 15 years I worked on multiple levels and platforms from a financial firm, to a chemical shipping company. My background also includes experience supporting a law firm, Hospice and hospitals, as well as providing high level support in a very dynamic environment for an international medical device company.
I love helping people, I love fixing problems and figuring things out…this has complemented my skill set greatly. During my career, I have always taken customer service very seriously. I take ownership, and make sure the customers are maximizing their technology to its fullest.
